The Blackstone's Guide Series delivers The Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants) Act 2004 is the third major piece of legislation in this area in the last 5 years and will introduce a number of radical changes to the current Asylum system.

The Act plans to re-shape the way in which immigration appeals are handled as well as introducing significant changes in practice and procedure.
