Accounting and reporting by charities statement of recommended practice (revised 2005) by Charity Commission for England and Wales.

The revised Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) sets out recommendations on the way in which a charity should report annually on the resources entrusted to it and the activities it undertakes. It supersedes the previous SORP issued in October 2000 and follows consultation on the exposure draft in autumn 2004.
