This new work is a practical, article-by-article commentary on the Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration, an increasingly popular international arbitration institution. Intended as a tool for practising lawyers, the book is designed to be accessible and easy to use at any stage in the workflow of an LCIA arbitration. It covers all topics, from the choice of the LCIA and drafting of suitable arbitration clauses through the entire process of an actual arbitration to the award and related matters.
