Global Competition Litigation is a new quarterly journal that updates readers on developments in cartel litigation around the world. It analyses the substantive and procedural law of private antitrust actions in Europe and other international jurisdictions, providing both a highly specialised source of information and a neutral forum for discussion. Its coverage includes both news and analysis. The news section updates readers on investigations, Commission cases, Europe’s private actions and their economic consequences. Articles will approach cartel litigation from all angles, including practical topics such methods of dealing with a claim to different interpretations of cases, theoretical speculations and critical discussion.

The journal will focus on cartels, but will also include discussion of other uncompetitive practices, such as abuse of dominant position and related restrictive practices. It will also include a section on the use of international arbitration and ADR for the resolution of competition law disputes.
