When the Human Rights Act 1998 comes into force in October, speedy access to human rights cases and expert guidance through those cases will be essential for all those whose work will be affected by the European Convention on Human Rights.

Brought together by experts in human rights law, this Digest analyzes and provides extracts from:-

• the key decisions of the European Commission of Human Rights
