Finn Madsen's highly praised Commercial Arbitration in Sweden is a "ready-reference" handbook covering all cases and commentary relevant to arbitration in Sweden. Madsen comments not only on the Swedish Arbitration Act (SAA) and the Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC Rules) in the context of Swedish case law, but also provides appropriate references to international commentary.
