The manual is ideal for students on the Legal Practice Course and provides all of the relevant material students need to understand the latest legal developments affecting business law transactions. Coverage of the Companies Act 2006 is fully integrated into the book for the 2010-2011 edition to mirror the emphasis that business law courses place on this important piece of legislation.

Additional emphasis has been placed on business accounts, and coverage of some of the 'special topics' previously covered towards the end of the book have been moved to within the main body of the text, giving a more coherent text. Examples are used throughout the manual enabling students to contextualise their learning effectively.
