This text presents traditional concepts on contract law using recent cases. Each chapter begins with objectives and concludes with a summary. Each topic is illustrated by a substantial extract from one or more main cases. Occasionally a short quotation may be taken from other cases.;Extracts are linked by commentary which, in the main, reinforces the point of law the case illustrates. Stuatutory materials are also extracted, but to a lesser extent than case materials.
