Butterworths Clause Bank (Clauses for Deeds and Agreements) is a new one-volume soft cover handbook that gives practitioners access to thousands of practice-specific model clauses. The work takes a fresh approach to drafting by offering the draftsman the ability to research individual clauses for use in an agreement without having to find them in complete precedents. It has been designed as a time and expense-saving tool for the busy practitioner facing drafting issues for which he has no readily available precedent.

The work contains over 4,000 clauses contributed by specialist contributors to the Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents. The clauses are clearly laid-out and arranged alphabetically by subject matter, with cross-references included where appropriate for ease of use.
