The new edition contains a new chapter on Adoption to reflect the proposed changes in 2004 by the Adoption and Children Act 2002. It incorporates the changes to be made to the acquisition of parental responsibility by the same Act. Also included is the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 which covers major changes to the child support system.
