The popular literature does not put legal case names in their articles. Usually the article sates, ""last week the United States Supreme Court decided a case on gerrymandering."" This makes it difficult for the average college student to find easy to understand discussion of the Supreme Court decisions. This chronologically arranged index lists the magazines, journals, and books that discuss or reprint the Supreme Court decisions. The materials included are the most popular in academic and public libraries and covers the years 1980 to 1995.
