I believe there is need for a book which examines the issue of causation in construction law from a practical view.

I have examined a wide range of caselaw and used examples and an hypothetical project to explain the application of the various concepts. I have explained the Principled Approach which is expounded in non-construction cases and applied the principle to construction cases and examples.

I have explained the potential inaccuracies in the methods of programme analysis commonly used as well as methods such as global claims.
