He was formerly an Arbitration pupil of two Official Referees where he observed practice aspects of case management. As a solicitor he has been involved in many actions in the Official Referee's Court involving both sides of the construction industry. He studied Construction Law and Arbitration at King's College London and undertook further studies including the Woolf reforms at UCL. He remains in full time practice.
