This book presents, in a systematic way, the complete case law with about 700 cases regarding the Swiss arbitration act (Chapter 12 of the Private International Law Act, PILA) and the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards of 1958 (NYC).
