In order to keep subscribers as up-to-date and abreast with developments and procedural changes as possible, and with the added anticipation of the introduction of the Civil Justice Reforms soon, we are proud to announce that the service is becoming an annual one, effective 2007.
Hong Kong White Book 2007
Consisting of two-volume main work, two supplements and four newsletters, together with a new compendium of Court Forms, the annual service will provide a timely update of key developments to the high standards that users have come to expect of the Hong Kong White Book.
Fully Up-to-Date with New Material
Updates from first and second supplements will be included in the 2007 edition together with revised commentary. An additional 40% will be new material. The update will negate the need for secretarial back up to file supplements, and the need to refer to supplements, making Hong Kong White Book 2007 easier to use.
Hong Kong Court Forms
A New Court Form compendium will be included in the annual White Book Service containing both prescribed and non-prescribed forms, providing the essential tools for civil court practice for practitioners.
