The practice of litigation is an art in itself. It is a key area in legal practice in which legal disputes are addressed, judged and resolved. It is the phase where the lawyer meets the august judicial system and judges. Litigation is not an academic subject and has to be learnt by each lawyer entering the practice of it.

The Malaysian Litigation Practice Guide is a book specifically written to guide the practice of litigation in Malaysia. This is a very practical book which provides hands-on guidance and pointers. Legal research techniques are covered in detail, as is the art of advocacy.
