eBooks are supplied firm sale and cannot be returned
Most eBooks are supplied in ePub format and will be protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM).
The publisher sets how much, if any, of these eBooks can be copied and/or printed.

Accessing your eBook
When you purchase an ePub eBook you will asked to create a passphrase and a passphrase hint.
Once you’ve made the purchase you will get a download link via email. If you have not received a download link, then please contact us.
Click on the download link (or button) from your mobile device and it will receive a small (LCPL) file.
It should ask you what app you would like to open this file with.
Choose the eReader you wish to use.
Your app will now launch and download the eBook. The app will ask you to enter the passphrase* you created when ordering the eBook.
If successful, the eBook will have been added to the bookshelf and will then open on the first page ready to read.
If the entered passphrase does not match, or you have forgotten your passphrase then a passphrase hint will be displayed. If the passphrase hint isn’t helping, please contact us at eBooks@wildy.com. We will need to verify your identity to proceed.
