Criminal Procedure Rules Hardcopy & CD-Rom Subscription

The Red Book Service is the official version of the new Criminal Procedure Rules, to be published by TSO for the Criminal Procedure Rule Committee at the DCA. The Rules will come into force in April 2005, and represent the first ever codification of criminal procedure in English legal history. For the first time, Magistrates' Court, Crown Court and Criminal Appeal Court rules will be brought together in one place.

This official publication will be the only fully updatable version of the new Rules to be published this year, and will be supplied to criminal courts across England and Wales for use as the authoritative version of the Rules by judges, magistrates and clerks.
