This book brings together extracts from judgements of cases relating to evidence in Scotland. The arrangement of material is the same as that in ""Wilkinson: The Scottish Law of Evidence"", a second edition of which is in preparation. Taken together the two books will comprise a complete source of reference to this important subject. Evidence is a compulsory subject on undergraduate law courses, and this compact case book should also provide practitioners with a ""vade mecum"".
