The number of companies considering investment into Eastern Block countries is growing. This volume is based on papers of the International Bar Association Conference on joint ventures with Eastern Bloc countries held in Poland in April 1990. Among topics discussed are foreign trade reforms, structure and financing of joint ventures and law and dispute resolution.
