Greens launched its publishing partnership with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland in September 1994 with the arrival of Scottish Insolvency Casebook. The Casebook is designed to instruct all those who may at some time become involved with aspects of insolvency. This work has been prepared by a team of practising lawyers under the leadership of Tom Hughes who is a chartered accountant and insolvency practitioner. The editorial team have been involved in a number of cases personally, giving the reader knowledgable insight into decisions.
