Right from its inception in November 1986, Greens Weekly Digest has been regarded as an essential source of information on current judicial decisions in Scotland. For many practitioners searching for cases on a given subject, Greens Weekly Digest Index is the automatic starting point. That search is made much easier using the Cumulative Index 1986-1995. The new Index covers every issue of Greens Weekly Digest up until December 1995. The Index follows the established format, including case names, subject matter, statutes considered and quantum of damages. References to reports subsequently published in the Scots Law Times have also been added. The index is supplemented by the cumulative indexes published three times a year as part of the Greens Weekly Digest subscription.
