First published for the period 1868-1922 and then supplemented for every decade to 1980, the Faculty Digest comprises an exhaustive collection of summaries of reported cases from the Court of Session, High Court of Justiciary, House of Lords and the Land Court. Entries in the Faculty Digest Supplement are derived from the headnotes and rubrics of all reported cases. Arranged in alphabetical order and also including lists of cases and statutes referred to and words judicially considered, the emphasis of the work is placed firmly on ease of use and referencing. This latest volume covering 1981-1990 includes, for the first time,Scottish Criminal Case Reports (SCCR) and Scottish Civil Law Reports (SCLR) - making for a complete and thorough examination of Scots law case reporting.
