The Bankruptcy and Diligence etc (Scotland) Act 2007 introduces sweeping reforms to the law relating to sequestration and personal insolvency, floating charges and diligence. It establishes a Scottish Civil Enforcement Commission and it also introduces a new diligence of land attachment.
