Since devolution there has been a torrent of legislation passed through the Scottish Parliament in relation to housing. This has included the Housing (Scotland) Acts in 2001, 2006, and 2010, as well as the Anti-Social Behaviour (Scotland) Act 2004 and the Private Rented Housing (Scotland) Act 2011.
