On the 24th-26th May 2012, a conference was held at the University of the West of Scotland in Paisley to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the decision in Donoghuev Stevenson, Scotland’s most defining case.
This was attended by distinguished academics and practitioners from all around the world. We are pleased to publish a selection of innovating and noteworthy papers, linked to the case and presented originally at the conference, in this special standalone book taken from Juridical Review, the Journal of the Scottish Universities.
