We are now closed for the Christmas and New Year period, returning on Monday 5th January 2026. Orders placed during this time will be processed upon our return on 5th January.
For use by employers who have a regular flow of maintenance, minor works and improvements projects that they would like carried out by a single contractor over a specified period of time.
This contract is suitable where work is to be instructed from time to time and measured and valued on the basis of an agreed Schedule of Rates.
A contract administrator will administer the conditions.
Provisions are included for collaborative working and sustainability.
For use on both private and public sector projects.
This contract is not for use with the Framework Agreement
