This Second Cumulative Supplement brings the seventh edition of Hague on Leasehold Enfranchisement up to date by including all the new cases decided in the period of more than a year since the last Supplement was published. These include a number of important Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, and Upper Tribunal decisions. The Appendices have also been updated and include the new First-tier Tribunal forms.
