Organisation of Working Time 2nd ed

This new edition of Organisation of Working Time is part of the Round Hall Annotated Legislation series and provides comprehensive coverage of the Working Time Directives, including those covering the transport sectors, together with the relevant Statutory Instruments and the fully consolidated and annotated text of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997. The volume also incorporates the European Commission's revised Interpretative Communication on Directive 2003/88/EC.

Since the publication of the first edition in 2019, there have been important decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), the High Court, the Labour Court and the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) adjudication officers on the status of on-call/standby time, paid annual leave, banded hours and recording working time.
