FIDE (the International Federation for European Law) brings together National Associations for European Law and their members and serves as a forum for the study, development, critical appraisal and renewal of European law. Written for the XXI FIDE Congress taking place in Dublin in June 2004, these three books provide the most wide-ranging and comprehensive international surveys of each topic ever undertaken (i.e. migration and asylum law and policy in the EU, police and judicial co-operation in the EU, and the modernisation of EU competition law enforcement in the EU). Each report was prepared by a national expert in each field.
