This year’s edition is once again full of important information for the busy conveyancer. As usual, the book contains sections describing recent cases; statutes and statutory instruments; other new developments; books and articles published; and a summary of changes which are expected to occur in the law and practice of conveyancing during the following year. New sections dedicated to the Energy Performance of Buildings, HiPs, the Finance Act 2007 and the Pre-Budget Report 2007 complete the 2008 edition.
