Companies Act 2014: 2021 Edition

Companies Act 2014 ushered in significant and wide-ranging changes to Irish company law and all company law practitioners and company law students in Ireland need to be up to speed with its provisions. Since 2014, there have been numerous amendments to the Companies Act.
