This is the first Commentary on the brand-new Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products.
The Regulation codifies the hitherto fragmented agricultural market organisation of the EU in one piece of legislation. The Regulation is directly applicable in all EU Member States.
