The ""Indexes"" are a reference source for legal practioners and academics seeking to locate a specific 20th-century precedent, or trying to discover whether there is a relevant precedent in a particular area of law. Cases are listed alphabetically by plaintiff and defendant, as well as alphabetically by subject.
