This tape is not about what secretaries have traditionally done, but rather about building a new partnership between professional and secretary which enables each to achieve more in tandem than either could alone. Coverage includes explaining how to identify strengths and weaknesses, managing time, and delegation. As such the tape is as much for the professional as for the secretary and can be positively used as part of training for assistants or junior managers who are newly availed of secretarial assistance.
