The Woolf Reforms have brought about a change of culture. Besides dealing with the established practices and procedures of the Technology and Construction Court, this book analyses how the new rules will provoke further culture change and provide greater access to justice.;Michael Reynolds is a construction lawyer of many years' standing, a writer and practising Arbitrator. He was formerly an Arbitration pupil of two Official Referees where he observed practice aspects of case management. As a solicitor he has been involved in many actions in the Official Referee's Court involving both sides of the construction industry. He studied Construction Law and Arbitration at King's College London and undertook further studies including the Woolf reforms at UCL. He remains in full time practice.
