This innovative service meets the needs of those working in general civil practice to keep up to date on a wide front at a time of huge change in civil procedure while the Civil Procedure Rules ""bed in"". In effect, the text acts as a case book, building over time as cases are reported. Key cases will be ""allocated"" to a relevant Part or Rule of the CPR and appear within the section identified, providing a short headnote and commentary on their relevance to that Part. Dovetailing Provisions - such as RSC and CC Rules - will be covered within the scope of the work. How does it work? Using an innovative, cumulative format, the service combines the best features of a newsletter with the accessibility and currency of a looseleaf. In regular releases, subscribers receive pages to be filed into a binder within the appropriate Part or Rule. Each section is indexed - as well as the work as a whole. Users own notes, from caseload or from research, can be structured easily alongside the published work.
