European Economics and Law examines developments in EU competition, trade policy and the Single Market, assessing the impact each has on the other. Understanding the economics of competition and trade is fundamental to knowing how EU law is applied, affecting all corporate and commercial activity. By relating law and economic principles, this work provides the means of anticipating and understanding the increasingly difficult and complex issues of EU law.
