International Contracts, written by the late Professor Kaye, has been thoroughly revised and is now published in a Second Edition.
Always useful for the use of the non-specialist lawyer, the book's second edition (by a practising member of the Bar, Martyn Berkin) has been enlarged to increase its usefulness to the practitioner confronted with the drafting or advising on any contract with a foreign element or simply transacted with a foreigner.
In addition, the new layout and contents of the second edition contains fresh chapters on European Judgments Convention, choice of law and jurisdiction clause and preliminary rulings by the ECJ.
