Volume 2 of this specialist dictionary has been an absolute must in specialist circles for many decades. This new edition has been completely revised lexicographically, updated and expanded in terms of content. It contains new important terms on the reform of the GmbH, on industrial property rights and on EU law. The main dictionary has been supplemented with an extensive appendix including detailed lists of abbreviations, geographical terms and useful idioms.
In addition to the pure translation of German terms into British or American English, there are additional comments on those technical terms for which there are no English equivalents due to the different legal systems, or which can only be understood with background information
