Much of the reform in recent years in Company Law in the Caribbean region has been as a result of the Report of the Working Party on Harmonisation of Company Law in the Caribbean Community (1979).
An Introduction to Company Law in the Commonwealth Caribbean aims to give an elementary account of the law as applied to companies registered under various Companies Acts within the Commonwealth Caribbean. It is intended for students of Company Law in the Caribbean region, and has been designed to cover the ICAC examination in Company Law.
