Ria Neelamkavil read Classical Studies with English at King's College, London before embarking on her legal career. She knew early on at Law School that if she was to work as a solicitor, employment law was the only field she would be interested in.
Her passion and enthusiasm for employment law is particularly apparent given that she worked in Lille with employment lawyers shortly after qualifying as a solicitor.
