This handbook is a practice manual for advocates and arbitrators who engage or may engage in international construction arbitral proceedings. It focuses on the unique aspects of construction arbitration, placing particular emphasis on international construction arbitration.
The handbook is not intended to duplicate traditional handbooks or treatises on commercial arbitration; rather it concentrates on construction dispute resolution that is binding on the parties, either for an interim time period or permanently.
