The Bulletin on Constitutional Case Law reports on the most significant decisions of constitutional courts and courts of equivalent jurisdiction in Europe and other continents, as well as those of the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Communities.
Special Bulletins deal with various issues: these may be the series on "Basic Texts" that contain constitutional and legislative texts governing the work of the Constitutional Courts, Description of the Courts, the leading case-law of the European Court of Human Rights and other Constitutional Courts, or on specific issues prepared on request by the Conference of European Constitutional Courts, for example on the relationship of Constitutional Courts with other state powers or on Legislative Omissions. On average, one special Bulletin is published every year.
