The object of this work is to preserve and make accessible the substantial body of Awards and Decisions rendered by the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal from 1981, when it was established, to the present. The study quotes from significant Awards and Decisions, at length, so that both their substance and the reasoning of the tribunial can be understood. It also organizes and summarizes the Decisions to facilitate finding the complete texts relevant to any particular issue.
