This edition supports the Landlord and Tenant optional module on the Bar Vocational Course and considers the statutory codes governing the three types of tenancy most frequently encounter in practice. Although primarily designed to support the Landlord and Tenant option, this Manual will be useful to anyone advising landlords or tenants or conducting landlord and tenant proceedings in the County Court.
