It includes discussion of the developing law of conservation and restoration as well as a chapter on fraud, forgery and counterfeiting. There is a study of the law concerning ""intangible cultural heritage"", such as skills, crafts and folklore. A final chapter discusses the problems of enforcement of the laws covered in this volume.
