This book identifies and analyses reported and suspected cases trafficking in persons in all its forms, including trafficking of women into the sex industry and into domestic servitude, child trafficking, and labour trafficking. Particular emphasis is placed on the outline, interpretation and analysis of Australian legislative and regulatory frameworks pertaining to the criminalisation of trafficking in persons, law enforcement, prosecution of offenders, and protection of victims.
