The ICE Conditions of Contract published by the Institution of Civil Engineers, is the main form of contract for civil engineering work in the UK. This book provides a commentary on the contract clause by clause, with reference to appropriate legal cases and legislation.
It has been substantially rewritten to take account of the Seventh Edition of the Conditions and to include far more case law.
