This volume presents a compilation of the relevant passages of all the European Court of Human Rights' judgements up to 1994, arranged according to the Articles of the Convention and its Protocols. Some articles are further subdivided according to element (such as Articles 5, 6, 8, and 10).
Edited by a member of the legal staff of the Court Registry, it allows practical and comprehensive access to the court's case law, and aims to enable users to find all the rulings of the Court which may be relevant to a given problem.
